We offer 4 SURFSET Programs to deliver maximum results for all fitness levels: SURFSET BALANCE, SURFSET BURN, SURFSET BUILD & SURFSET BLEND. Whether you’re interested in improving stability & body control, burning fat, building lean muscle or achieving total body fitness, there is a SURFSET program for you.
BALANCE focuses on flexibility, core strength and body control. This is the most “beginner” level class although it is still very challenging and intense, especially during your first time. This is a great introductory program to get used to the motion of the board and to develop the mind-body connections necessary for our other programs. It is a prerequisite before joining other class types.
